Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by contacting us via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or did not match the product description.
Sale or discounted items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for returns, store credit, or refunds to the original payment method. My order arrived damaged or is missing
Should you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery along with a photograph of the product. We will either send a replacement or issue a complete refund. If you prefer to return the item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. If your tracking details indicate delivery but the package has not arrived, we suggest reaching out to your local carrier for confirmation.
