How long does it take to process my order?

What is the estimated shipping time?
Once your order has shipped, the estimated transit time is 3-5 business days for deliveries within the United States. At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping. All orders ship with FREE standard delivery!
When can I expect my order to arrive?
From the time you place your order, the total estimated delivery window is 4-7 business days for US orders.

Which carrier will deliver my order?
FedEx is our primary shipping partner. Depending on your location, UPS, USPS, or another available courier service may also be used to deliver your order.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped, and receive a full refund. My order arrived damaged or appears to be missing. What should I do?
If your order arrives broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery and include a photograph of the item. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund. Should you wish to return the item, we will cover all return shipping costs. If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly to verify delivery. I ordered multiple items but they arrived in separate packages. Why?
We always do our best to ship your entire order together. However, on occasion, orders may be split into multiple shipments due to product availability, items shipping from different fulfilment locations, or the size of the order. Rest assured, you will never be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We sincerely apologise if you received an incorrect item. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can ship the correct product to you, along with a prepaid return label for the wrong item at no extra cost.
